Call Centre Helper is the leading online magazine aimed at contact centre, customer service and customer experience professionals around the world.

I designed a fresh new look for their complex website. Simplifying the original design, including carousels and colour blocking, a web developer used my design to create the modern look which also enhanced usability and functionality.
